Our protein cocktail consists of only natural ingredients, and therefore is not harmful to yourhealth it doesn’t carry any artificial mixtures for weight loss. This cocktail is best to drink after physical training, as well as a snack or even dinner instead.
Milk with 0% fat – 1 cup
Yogurt with 0% fat and high in protein – 1 cup
Flax seed oil – 1 teaspoon
Water – 1 cup
Banana – 1 piece
Walnut or almond – to taste
Hulled banana, cut it into small pieces and place in blender. Minced walnuts or almonds. Add remaining ingredients and whip well. If you want to sweeten the cocktail, add a little honey.
