With all this in mind the following is a great vegetarian-friendly shake that is packed full of vitamins and will keep you in good health if you drink it regularly.


  • 1 small sized clove of beet, boiled
  • 125ml of cooled coconut milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 cardamom seeds
  • 7 ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • Chia seeds for decoration

Place all of the ingredients except for the chia seeds in a blender. Blend everything together until it becomes homogenous. Put the drink in a glass and sprinkle chia seeds on top.
