    When someone tries to convince you that smoothie cannot be suitable alternative for your meal, than this person probably never tried the perfect combination. In this article I will present to you one of the best smoothie recipes in the world. I myself am a great smoothie fan and this one is my favorite.

    Ingredients:

    • 2 bananas
    • 1 pomegranate
    • Handful of blackthorn
    • 1 tablespoon of Chia seeds
    • Handful of chestnuts
    • Water (if necessary for the density)

    Preparation:

    1. Peel the bananas, chestnuts and the pomegranate and put them in a blender.
    2. Remove the seeds from the blackthorn. Add the blackthorn and the Chia seeds in the blender.
    3. Blend the mixture until you get homogenous composition.
    4. You can decorate your smoothie with banana chips (dehydrated banana). All you need to do is to put the banana slices in your dehydrator for 8 hours.
    5. If your smoothie is too dense, you can add a little bit water in it.
