Mix one tablespoon of linden and one tablespoon of raspberry and add the mixture in two cups of boiling water. Leave it to cool down for 15-20 minutes and drink it while it’s still warm, before you go to bed.
Another remedy you can use is to make a mixture of 40% raspberry leaves, 40% wild strawberry leaves and 20% mountain herbs mix. Pour two cups of boiling water over the mixture and cover it for 20 minutes. While it’s still warm drink the tea before you go to sleep.
