Today I want to talk to you about something that affects over 1 million Americans nationwide. Every yearwe are spending around 300 billion dollars on this illness and it was the 7th leading cause of death in 2010.

Today I want to talk to you about Type 2 DIABETES.

Chances are you or someone you know has personal experience with this.

Sharon’s Story

One of our amazing Fitlifers, Sharon, wrote in telling us her story.
