Once you feel your body is fighting against viruses, you should prepare the following natural antibiotic in order to prevent or fight against the cold.
- 1 garlic clove (crushed)
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of fresh ginger (grated)
- ½ a teaspoon of chili pepper (in powder)
- ½ a teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon
- 100 ml of lemon juice
Squeeze the lemon juice and add the rest of the ingredients in it.
Store the mixture in some glass container and mix everything well. Leave it to sit at room temperature for 2-3 hours and then refrigerate.
For treating cold: consume 1 teaspoon, three times a day before every meal.
For preventive: consume 1 teaspoon on a daily basis.
