Bay leaf is one of the herbs highly efficient in removing tooth stains, but it gives best effects when combined with some citrus fruit.
Crush some bay leaves as finely as possible. Squeeze the juice of one lemon or orange and mix it with the bay leaf to make a powerful tooth-cleaning mixture.
This fruit has bleaching properties and can be used for tooth stain removal. Mash 2-3 strawberries to make a paste. Apply the paste on your teeth rubbing gently. Do this twice a day for two to three weeks.
OLIVE OIL, COCONUT OIL AND SESAME OIL
