Papaya diet to lose weight
To do this correctly a diet of papaya just need, papayas, olive oil extra virgin, water and lemons.
Day 1- 2
This diet starts with 2 days of mono-fasting, in other words you have to munch only with papaya throughout the day.
In these 2 days you must munch only of papaya and if you get hungry you eat more papaya.
