    Method#1

    Grab one lemon and grate the yellow layer of its skin. Rub the grated lemon peel over the painful spot with circular motions and leave them to stay on the treated area. Wrap the painful area with gauze and leave it to work for 2 hours.

    Method#2

    Grab 2 middle-sized lemons and peel them. Put the peels in some glass jar and pour them with virgin olive oil. Fill the jar to the top. Close the jar and leave it for 2 weeks. Massage the painful parts of your body with this oil. Once you’re done with the massage, wrap the treated area with gauze. Leave the remedy to work during the night.
