      Day 3 :


      Breakfast

      • 5 salty crackers
      • 20 grams of cheese
      • 1 apple

      • 1 piece of  toast
      • Water, juice, black tea or coffee (with diet sweetener)

      Dinner

      • 200 grams of tuna
      • 200 grams of cauliflower
      • 200 grams of carrots
      • 200 grams of watermelon
      • 100 grams of low fat ice cream
