It is very usual for everyone of us to feel back pain in a certain periods . That part of the body is often left out during exercising and that’s why it gets weaker. The next following exercises won’t make the lower part of the back stronger but they can prevent pain as a result of inactivity.
You can do this exercise for starters so that you lie on your stomach and then lift yourself on your hands while stretching your stomach and back. Try to lift the upper part of your body as higher as you can while the legs remain on the floor.
After you bring your body in a position for doing press ups, support the upper part of your body on your elbows and stay calm in this position (as shown on the picture) without moving. It is very important to keep your spine from slouching.
