- 1 teaspoon of grounded flaxseed
- A little bit of honey or stevia or several fresh dates for sweetening
If you like, you can add some of the following ingredients:
- ½ a teaspoon of cocoa
- ½ a teaspoon of coconut oil
- ½ a cup of frozen berries
