Cold Chocolate Recipe

  1. 18oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  2. 14oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
  3. 1/2-1 Cup Chopped Nuts
  4. 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  5. A Pinch of Salt


In a heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt the chocolate chips with the sweetened condensed milk on low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Spread evenly into 8 or 9 inch square pan lined with wax-paper. Chill for two hours. Turn on to cutting board. Peel off paper. Cut into squares. Store loosely, covered at room temperature.
