It affects the bones by strengthening them. Stronger bones make you more resistant to fracture and lumps. Ingredients:

  • 1 large banana
  • A few leaves of fresh kale
  • 2 boneless dates
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 2-3 cubes of dark chocolate
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1 ½ cups of water

Preparation:

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend them together until the mixture becomes homogenous. Drink it when it’s done and use small sips. This recipe gives you enough to replace a meal.
