Chinese Rice Recipe

  1. 2 cups Rice cooked in salted water
  2. 2 tbsps. Vegetable Oil
  3. ½ cup capsicum (red, green and yellow, thin strips)
  4. 1 Tomato (chopped)
  5. 1 tsp. Garlic (powder)
  6. ½ tsp. Salt
  7. ½ tsp. Black Pepper


  1. Heat oil in a large pan; put red, yellow, and green pepper.
  2. Fry for few seconds then add tomato, salt, pepper, garlic, cooked rice and 1/4-cup warm water.
  3. Cover and put the pan on moderate heat for 10 minutes.
