- 10 kg of ripe brambles
- 2 kg of sugar
Crumple the ripe brambles and then combine them with 2 kg of sugar. Put the mixture in some large glass bottle and leave it to stay exposed on the sun for 2 months. The bottle shouldn’t be closed too tight.
When the 2 months have passed, strain your bramble wine in another glass bottle and keep it in cool and dark area.
It is very tasty for drinking while having a meal, but if you like to receive its every health benefit you should drink it in the morning on an empty stomach, or at night before sleeping but not immediately after supper.
