  1. 1/2 kilo beef Pasanday (filets)
  2. 2-tbs unripe papaya (grinded)
  3. 1 tsp ginger paste
  4. 1 tsp garlic paste
  5. Salt according to taste
  6. 2-tbs yogurt
  7. 1 tsp chili powder
  8. 1tbs chopped green chilies
  9. 1-tbs oil


  1. Mix together all the spices and yogurt and papaya.
  2. Coat the beef with the mixture.
  3. Leave to marinate for 5-6 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. Barbeque over charcoal or you can bake it in an oven.
