AMAZING MOUNTAIN SANDWICH (RECIPE)

    This sandwich is ideal for those who like to spend some time in the nature because it is pretty caloric… and delicious of course! The preparation of this sandwich is very simple and quick.

    Ingredients:

    • 4 rolls
    • 200 grams of cottage cheese
    • 10 pieces of prosciutto
    • 2 tablespoons of sour cream
    • 1 tablespoon of butter
    • 50 grams of cheese
    • Pumpkin seeds
    • Olives

    Preparation:

    Preheat the oven at 220º Celsius or 428º Fahrenheit.

    Bake the rolls lengthwise. Then you can line up the prosciutto. Make a mixture of sour cream, butter and cottage cheese and fill the sandwiches.

    Grate the cheese and add the pumpkin seeds, olives and spices by choice.

    Bake your sandwiches for 10 minutes.
