Ingredients needed for 3 glasses:
- 1 big peach
- 1 white peach
- 2 bananas
- 2 plums
- 1 tablespoon of spirulina
- 1 tablespoon of Goji berries
- 1 tablespoon of Chia seeds
- A little bit of ginger root
- Leave a little bit of the Goji berries and the Chia seeds on the side and use them later for decoration.
- Put the rest of the ingredients in your blender and blend them until you get homogenous composition.
- Decorate your smoothie with the Goji berries and Chia seeds and consume it immediately while it is still fresh.
