AMAZING GREEN SMOOTHIE WITH SPIRULINA (RECIPE)

    Spirulina is great addition for your smoothie. It gives the green color, although the taste is determined by the other ingredients. The following smoothie recipe is super-breakfast that will detoxify your body.

    Ingredients needed for 3 glasses:

    • 1 big peach
    • 1 white peach
    • 2 bananas
    • 2 plums
    • 1 tablespoon of spirulina
    • 1 tablespoon of Goji berries
    • 1 tablespoon of Chia seeds
    • A little bit of ginger root

    Preparation:

    1. Leave a little bit of the Goji berries and the Chia seeds on the side and use them later for decoration.
    2. Put the rest of the ingredients in your blender and blend them until you get homogenous composition.
    3. Decorate your smoothie with the Goji berries and Chia seeds and consume it immediately while it is still fresh.
