    This sport allows you to improve your balance and sense of rhythm, concentration and reflexes. You can substitute it with ice-skating during the winter. Roller-skating or ice-skating greatly improves your kinaesthesia- detection of the minor details.

The muscles become more flexible and with the help of music the senses of rhythm and speed greatly improved. Our body is able to react quicker if dancing is performed regularly.
